MiM is for fashion creators who want to monetise their audience without relying on brand deals or affiliate links, and for fans who want personalised style advice from the creators they already trust. We're focused on fashion: styling, personal shopping and wardrobe consulting.

Creators sign up, build a studio (their public storefront), and design custom services with their own pricing and steps. Each service is built from any combination of three building blocks: forms (to gather a brief, photos or style preferences), video calls (live styling sessions), and deliveries (the creator's response to the fan, typically a moodboard, files such as a PDF style guide, and item links). A service can be a single video call, a single delivery, or a sequence of forms, calls and deliveries in any order, giving creators full freedom to shape the work. Fans book and pay upfront, MiM holds the funds securely, and the creator is paid out within 2 business days of marking the request complete.

MiM is free to join for creators. There is no monthly fee, setup cost or per-listing charge. MiM only earns a 20% commission per completed paid request.

Creators have full freedom to design services around how they like to work. Each service is built from any combination of three step types: forms (questions to gather a brief, photos or style preferences), video calls (live styling sessions, wardrobe walk-throughs, shopping support), and deliveries. A delivery is the creator's response to the fan and is typically made up of a moodboard, files (such as a PDF style guide, wardrobe audit or outfit feedback) and shoppable item links. A service can be a single quick video call, a single delivery, or a sequence of forms, calls and deliveries in any order. Creators choose what fits the work, with no fixed templates.

Fans pay upfront and the funds are held securely. Once the request is marked complete, the creator is paid out within 2 business days via Stripe, our trusted payment provider. There's no chasing deposits, no invoicing and no asking fans for money directly.

Fans visit a creator's MiM storefront, choose a service that fits what they need, complete the creator's intake questions (and book a video call if the service includes one), and pay upfront. Once the request is delivered, they get personalised style advice direct from the creator.

MiM is operated by Aesir Technology Ltd, a company registered in England at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. Payments are processed by Stripe, our trusted payment provider.
