  • Creator

    A fashion stylist, personal shopper or style consultant who offers paid services. Not a seller, vendor or influencer.

  • Fan

    Someone booking personalised style advice from a creator they trust. Not a customer, client or buyer.

  • Studio

    A creator's public storefront, accessed via a personal handle. This is where services, prices and reviews live. Not a shop or store.

How a service is built.

Two tracks: the journey a fan completes, and the deliverables they receive.

  • Service

    A bookable offering with a price, a description and a creator-defined mix of stages and deliverables. Not a product or listing.

  • Stage

    A part of the journey a fan completes in order. Stage types are form, video call and selection. Never called a step.

  • Form

    Intake questions the fan answers up front: a brief, style preferences, body-shape questions or photo uploads.

  • Video call

    A scheduled live session: a styling consultation, wardrobe walk-through or shopping support.

  • Selection

    The fan picks from options the creator authored, such as a style direction, package tier or focus area.

  • Deliverable

    What the fan receives, shared by the creator when it's ready. Types are lookbook, shopping list and document. Not a stage, and not a 'delivery'.

  • Lookbook

    A visual moodboard of curated outfits. Like every deliverable, it has its own comment thread so you can talk through the looks.

  • Shopping list

    Shoppable item links with notes, tailored to the fan's brief, body shape, budget and style.

  • Document

    A file the fan keeps, such as a PDF style guide or wardrobe audit.

  • Request

    A booked service instance between fan and creator. Creators manage work, comments and deliverables in one inbox. Not an order or booking.
